COVID-19: How is it Affecting Our Operation?
As of Monday 3/23/20 our Office will be working REMOTELY!
- We are still delivering on our normal delivery schedule!
- We are still scheduling burner service appointments ex. annual furnace cleanings, free estimates, installations, and problem calls.
- We are still operating as normal as possible, except the office is working remotely. We are ready for your calls!
FOR CUSTOMERS STOPPING AT THE OFFICE TO PAY, ORDER, ETC.:
We have put a table in place outside of our office door, you’ll find:
1. Envelopes to put your payment in
(mainly for cash, checks don’t need an envelope)
put your name and address on the envelope and put the payment in our LOCKED drop box
2. Note cards to write us a note
put your name and address on the card and drop it in the box
**We are checking the lock box daily!!**

We do have employees and office staff with autoimmune diseases and/or compromised immune systems, therefore we are trying to do our best to not contract and/or avoid spreading the virus.
We understand that this may be an inconvenience for some, and we apologize, but we do have many alternative ordering and payment options in place.
